 SL576: Atomette Jeweled Lipstick Case with Exterior Mirror
Gold tone case, with the top having an abundance of tiny green and clear rhinestones.. The mirror is on the top of the ornamental piece. It still has a clear crisp image, but around the sides is a line of loss of silvering. "ATOMETTE" is etched into the rhinestone decorated base. There is no lipstick remaining and the case is very clean with no "left overs." The mechanism to raise and lower the lipstickdoes not work properly. The metal is all in very good condition and all of the original rhinestones are bright with no dead or dull ones present. This is a dainty 2" high.

SL569: Rare L.T. Piver Floramye Perfumed Shampoo Powder
Beautiful graphics are the focal point of the design of this L.T. Piver envelope in which the perfumed powder is contained. The age is estimated to be circa 1920's, but it could be earlier. While the envelope remains sealed, there is a sizeable bend in the upper right corner that opened up while I was handling it. I wouldn't think of applying any type of tape to ruin its all original condition. I have, instead, placed it in a perfectly transparent heavy plastic sleeve to maintain it's integrity, allow it to be displayed and prevent any further damage. The wrinkle is straightened and it displays very well.

SL567: Rare L.T. Piver Floramye Perfumed Shampoo Powder The graphics on this L.T. Piver Paris "shampooing" powder are vibrant in color and exquisite in their design. The estimated age is 1920's, but it could be earlier. The envelope has never been opened and is in excellent condition. The back is written in the French language and fully covers the entire portion. This should be displayed inside the transparent protective heavy plastic sleeve in which it will be shipped. The paper is delicate and even infrequent handling could cause a tear, as I found out -- see the other L.T.Piver Shampoo being offered. This is a beauty and will display well in the viewing sleeve. SL563: Stunning Scenic Micro Beaded Antique Purse Beautiful micro beaded purse with silver metal frame. The beadwork is very fine with exceptional detail and color. I have never seen another purse beaded in this landscape design. The design is identical on both sides. One side has the slightest discoloration on the sky, but nothing of consequence, and only recognized if compared with the other side. The purse could possibly benefit from the addition of fringe, with matching vintage beads. I never added fringe because it is original as it is. Half of the original foundation loops for the fringe are still present. I have used it, but never carried anything heavy in the purse. The olive green taffeta lining is in very good vintage condition. It may not be original because there is no mirror pocket. The purse itself measures 7' X 8 1/2". The original chain is in excellent condition which adds an additional 5 1/2" for an overall length of 14". The overall condition is very good. The embossed silver metal frame could be cleaned and polished, if desired. There are a few missing and loose beads here and there, but there are no bare spots. The exceptional scenic purse deserves to be shown, instead of tucked away in a drawer. It is priced far below retail value, considering its design, size and condition. Fabulous antique fan, late 1800s, Victorian era. Ebony wood spines w/ silver enamel, chip carved sides. Stiff organdy w/ black lace edging. Hand painted violet flower sprays, detailed peasant lady. A few tiny sewn on sequins. No breaks, no damage other than tiny fray on one scallop of edge lace; (hard to see). Original fancy brass ribbon ring. Measures 17 by 9 inches fully opened. SL530: “Chaemeuse France” Marked Art Deco Slim Line Tortoise Shell and Black Enameled Necessaire, c 1940. Size: 7 1/8” x 3 ¼” x ½”. The lid is decorated with black and simulated tortoise shell enamel, with a raised gold border separating the sections. A black and gold lipstick rectangular case is mounted on the midsection of the lid. When depressed, the lid opens. The top is in near pristine condition, with only extremely light surface wear. The base is enameled in black. There are 2 areas of wear--the only issue with this beauty. Inside, there are areas for cigarettes (French pink & blue old cigarettes still present), powder, rouge, lipstick. money clip, framed mirror,and a comb. ED230: Rare Vintage Vanity Pochette/matching decorated Puff - This is a lovely vanity pochette (purse) that is rare. It is pale pink satin with black lace around the outside. It has a black draw string to match. What is unusual to find is the puff that goes with it is decorated with the same pink satin in the form of a flower. Item STEL3546: Vintage1920s Enamel on Brass Guilloche Lipstick Case. Here is a wonderful and I think possibly hard to find vintage 1920s Enamel and Brass Guilloche Lipstick case. Although unmarked, I am pretty sure it is French from the style of it. It is in great condition with no chips to the enamel or dents to the brass. There is some minor discoloration of the brass (probably can be cleaned if one wished to) , but I think the patina gives it vintage character. It measures 2 1/4 in. long x 1/2 in. wide. a great purse or vanity item for your collection.

Item ST809: WWII Ammen’s Powder tin *unused* red/wht/blue. Patriotic red, white and blue tin....exclusively packaged for the armed forces. The tin appears to be unused with just a hint of paint chips around the edge of the top. Label is intact with a small spot of discoloration and bottom shows some scratches. Item STEL241: Porcelain POWDER PUFF 1/2 DOLL With Powder Puff Skirt. This is a beautiful and I believe to be RARE, according to Lynell Schwartz in her book Vintage Compacts & Beauty Accessories, POWDER PUFF HALF DOLL. She is intact with original skirt with spaces at the bottom to hold the puffs. She has a white bodice which is glazed onto her porcelain body. A blue tiara adorns her black hair. Her makeup is beautiful with virtually no wear. Only a minor bit of missing enamel on the back of her hair. Otherwise she is in fabulous condition. She measures 7 in. tall. A nice, rare addition for your collection. So don't let this one get by....they don't come around in this condition too often.

ED206: Rare Vintage Avon Sample Powder Palette: This is a wonderful rare vintage powder sampler by Avon. It is called "Heavenlight" and has nine powder tins on the cardboard artist's palette. The graphics are beautiful. It is 10" x 7 1/2" and the tins are 1 3/4" x 1/4". The tins are all in good to very good condition. There is a small brown stain in the upper right corner. Item STEL3485: In my quest to design wearable art, here is my newest © design. It is in the shape of a Bakelite perfume bottle (although it is not real). It can be used as an object of display, or if you want to wear it, I can attach a pin back or a charm loop at the top to wear it as a pendant. I utilized all vintage Bakelite parts and a vintage Celluloid charm creating the made up name of the perfume by virtue of the charm that is attached. All detail is hand painted. Item STEL2268: Vintage KISSPROOF ROUGE COMPACT Orig. Card. Here is a great little rouge-never used, with the original puff, cover paper, and intact rouge on the original card. The red and gold case is in mint condition. The diameter of the rouge is: 1 1/4 *" round. The rouge comes in a hinged compact. Product information is on the backside. Color of rouge is "Theatrical" as per card. The card measures 4 in. x 3 1/4 in. and is in excellent condition except for the lower right corner which was partially off and taped back on. Item STEL1553: Deco PARK TILFORD ROUGE Bakelite Compact MOC. Here is a great little rouge-never used, with the original puff, cover paper, and intact rouge on the original card. The blue plastic case is in mint condition. I am not positive, but I think the case is early Bakelite. The circumference of the rouge is: 1 *" round by 3/8" tall. The top of the rouge screws off. Product information is on the backside. Color of rouge is light as per card. The card measures 2 3/4 in. x 3 1/2 in. and is in excellent condition. Item ST2787: Here is a fantastic figural Bakelite flapper lady sewing kit. She is in totally MINT condition. Face paint is all intact and gorgeous.Thimble is the hat and unscrews for use and the lady also unscrews in the center to reveal a sectioned celluloid spool holder to hold needles and thread. The top of the spool holder also opens to store the needles. She consists of a jadite green case with a flesh head, black hair and a salmon colored thimble hat. Measures 4 1/4 in. tall. Mirror: This is a wonderful vintage Ladies Fan with a mirror on
one side to use to see if anyone is looking at the lady. The other side of
this wood fan is a beautiful painted blue bird. E-mail for picture of the
front. It is very pretty. The fan pulls out of the holding case to
be used. I just returned from a trip to Ellis Island New York and saw one
in the museum just like my first picture. This dates to the 1800's. It is

Item ED1: Bakelite Cosmetic Set Perfume, Make-up,
Plus. This is a wonderful Bakelite cosmetic set with six
pieces. They are red with silver decorations. There is a perfume, an empty
container, a cigarette holder, a bracelet , pencil and a powder with the
pad. The hinge on the powder works well but looks like it was repaired and
is as I found it. The repair is hard to notice. All the other pieces
are in excellent condition. The box is leather covered with satin and
velvet lined. There is a tag inside that says "From Hall & Edwards".
