They are extremely delicate and it is amazing that they have lasted all these years and are in such wonderful condition. One appears to be a rooster and one a hen. They measure approx. 2 in. long x 1 1/2 in. tall. Condition of the bottles is excellent commensurate with age with no chips or cracks. As seen in the pictures the labels are not perfect. Item SL546: Extremely Rare Hobe’ Art Pottery Perfume Flacon
This offering is for the extremely rare, circa 1950‘s perfume bottle by Hobe’, famous for her fabulous costume jewelry. The swirl designed bottle has beautiful colors ranging from light turquoise blue, iridescent lavender, to chocolate brown. There are six rounded feet on its base which is incised “HOBE.” The stopper is divine--two yellow roses that are incredibly detailed. The original cork stopper is attached to a porcelain holder at the the base of the floral stopper. The double roses portion measures 3” x 3”. Overall, the size is 5 ¾” x 3 ½”. Excellent condition--no surprises.

Item STEL3479: Here is a very unusual perfume box in the shape of a hatbox. Inside there is a figural display (no bottle) which once held the bottle of TEMPLE OF LOVE PERFUME. I think this is a very obscure perfume display with it’s original box to add to your collection. I have not seen this one before in the 10 years I have been collecting and reselling. Item STEL1638: Wonderful and unusual boy’s doll head on a perfume or cologne bottle dating to, I believe, the 1950s. The doll’s head is a soft vinyl plastic and the hat and neck piece are red felt. The felt clothing does show minimal signs of age. The His face paint is all intact. The bottle measures 6 in. high. What a cutie and a great unusual addition for your collection!

Item ST3317: Here is a wonderful green blue (turquoise color) over washed Bakelite or Celluloid whiskey bottle which I believe once held a small glass vial for perfume. It has a gold enameled top and a paper label that says Scotch. Unscrews in the middle to open. Wonderful condition, no chips or cracks. Measures 2 1/2 in. Item ST2791: Here is a most fabulous and all original figural Bakelite and Celluloid (rare combination) perfume holder of a flapper lady. The long tube consists of the upper half Celluloid bust of the flapper and a pretty red Bakelite bottom. It holds its original glass perfume vial, but unfortunately the tiny dauber has broken off. Many of these no longer even contain the perfume vile, so this is really not a detraction from the item. This figural perfume bottle holder is in excellent collection. Her face and bust paint is in wonderful, near mint condition. There are no chips, cracks or repairs to this item. Measures 2 7/8 in. tall. Item STEL3115: This is such a neat dime store figural novelty perfume bottle in the shape of a large CANDLE STICK. The flame top is possibly bakelite. Scent is Apple Blossom distributed by Lander. It holds 1/2 fl. oz. size bottle measuring 5 3/4 in. tall and it fits inside the silver tone candle holder which measures approx. 2 1/4 in tall. Label in good condition, and the bottle is in wonderful condition with no chips or cracks. There seems to be some perfume left in the bottle. What a cute addition for your collection.

Item ST3324: Black porcelain perfume bottle in the shape of a black cat. His head comes off to reveal a glass dauber inserted into cork. the dauber and cork are in excellent condition. There is extremely slight paint loss on the left eye, but otherwise I see no flaws. Marked in blue on the bottom. I cannot read all the words, but it was made in Japan. He measures 5 in. tall.

Item ST3326: Here is trusty Fido carrying a perfume bottle for the WAC in need. So cute! I believe the dog is made of porcelain, although I am not positive. He is definitely WW2. Item RG574: Halcyon Days: I have been collecting the various perfume bottles made by the renowned "Made in England Halcyon Days" for many years & happen to have two of this beautiful young maiden gathering flowers. Her long dress is covered with sprigs of flowers & leaves standing on a gold stand wearing a pretty yellow hat. The head is attached by a chain & around the neck is a necklace of real rubies. Stands 4 inches tall & the detail is amazing. H/D puts out several wonderful catalogues every few months but it is difficult to find a perfume bottle. After I bought my first ones many years ago I became completely hooked on these exquisite items.
