RG3437: "Ma Griffe" by Carven. This is a most
unusual presentation MIB. The bottle stands just over 3 inches tall.
It is a cylinder in shape with a matching gold cylindrical
stopper. Both bottle & cap are grooved around the circumferences
which makes for a very pleasing shape. The super green box is shaped
like a suitcase & on the box is written "Flacon de Voyage" &
on the back of the box is written "Sold on Board KLM
aircraft." There is some perfume missing but I would think
that this is due to evaporation. The bottle comes with a super green
suede bag with a white drawstring to ensure it stays clean. The
bottle fits neatly into the bag & then into a plain white box which
fits into the green & white

 Item CC2: Madame Girard et Cie. Two bottle set for Violette de Parme and White Rose. The box measures 6 inches by 5 inches approximately. Dating from circa 1912 when Mme. Girard et Cie opened in Regent Street London.
These two handsome bottles are contained in a good condition, standard style, maroon leather box lined with satin and velvet. The interior of the lid is red satin with the Mme. Girard logo in gold and the perfume bottles rest on a red velvet base which is worn where each bottle neck rests on the fabric.Both the bottles have an inner glass stopper and an outer glass decorative 'cover'. The inner and outer top of the Violette de Parme have become interlocked but both detach from the actual bottle easily.This Violette bottle still has some perfume and after all the years it still smells lovely! The White Rose bottle is empty of fragrance but also has a delightful aroma. Both bottles have gold embossed labels with a stylized woman's head. On the back of each is another gold label with the name and address in London of the Girard establishment. Both bottles are finished off with a thread of red ribbon. Item STEL3484: Maderas de Orient by Myrurgia. Wonderful perfume presentation in original box. The perfume bottle is held inside an oval shaped wooden box with original wool tassel. It does not look as if the perfume was ever used since the top is still sealed. However, there has been some evaporation. All labels are in mint
condition. Colors are bright and crisp. The box, which is in good condition, has some slight staining on corners where staples have slightly rusted and one corner is torn up the side, but still held together at the very top. It measures 5 in. x 1 3/4 in. Wooden bottle measures 4 1/4 in. and the glass bottle inside measures 3 in. The glass bottle is removable from the wooden base for use. All in all this is a great perfume in wonderful hard to find condition.

Item RG645: "Masquerade" by DuBarry. A delightful set for the bath containing a small bottle of perfume, two bath salts, one large bar of soap & a cute glass atomizer, all in turquoise. These items are all very nicely presented in a turquoise box & look as though they have just been purchased. Nothing has been opened or used. It has the look of the 50's about it but there is no indication of age at all. The box is in excellent condition too with only very minor wear to the edges. | Item EF191: White Slag Glass Prince Matchabelli crown bottle, 2-1/8" high, from the 1930's. One of the earliest of the Prince Matchabelli Crown productions, this bottle is perfect, with no damage! It is not enameled, as in later versions, but is solid white glass with gold enamel. These earlier bottles were made in France and Italy, and quite expensive to produce. Rare and very hard to find.

SL525: "Mischief" by Saville in white hat presentation (1 3/4"). Much more difficult to find than the black top hat presentation, this is a great little display piece. The base firmly grips the bottle and reads "Saville London" with a registration number. It holds the bottle securely inside the hat. The black opaque glass miniature bottle is 1 5/8". It has both labels. The bottom label is a little ragged at one end. The white hat has no cracks or other structural damage. On one side there are a few tiny very light amber stains. I believe they were made by perfume spills which were not cleaned off. Over the years, the spills were absorbed into the porous material. They are not significant, but are accounted for in the reduced price. I do have more photos available, including the side of the hat with the tiny amber stains. Item CC3: Mitcham Lavender by Potter & Moore. Measures approximately 6 inches in height by 3 inches wide. The bottle is HEAVY! From the 1920s - 1930s when Potter and Moore's Mitcham Lavender was famous worldwide. Mitcham, in Surrey, England grew the best lavender in the world and I'm sure that the beauty of this bottle was made in celebration of Potter and Moore's prestige.
The stopper is HUGE! The bottle is still sealed with kid leather and tied with a lovely lavender ribbon.With an immaculate label, the bottle still contains virtually all of the fragrance with tiny globules of perfume oil floating around inside. The box is in good condition though lightly stained in places, with a charming warning inside the lid about the detrimental effect of light on flower fragrances. What intrigues me about this bottle is the number 56 etched into the glass of the base. Said base is not smooth or ' ground ' and the stopper has 2 air bubbles, but I still believe that it may have been produced by a famous ' glass ' house as a showy presentation in honour of a company that was founded in 1749.
