 Item JJ11: 1944 Special Presentation, Lancome, Kypre Perfume Flacon, This is a rare and fabulous perfume flacon, in its original Presentation Box. ( Christie, Mayer Lefkowith (p321)and Ken Leach (p68). No, perfume remains, but the scent is still there. The ground Stopper is original, as is some of the twine around the neck. I do not see any cracks, chips, or repairs to this original perfume bottle. There is a label on the bottom of the bottle, Kypre, and small insert with number 10433, Lancome Parfumeur, and other information in French. The original footed Presentation still is present, however there are some perfume stains, on the inside of the box. This Limited Edition, from 1944, includes a 4 3/4" Perfume Flacon and matching ground Stopper, is a Clear and Frosted Swirl Pattern, sits in dais, which holds it in place, in the original Presentation Box. This fabulous footed box, is decorated in Jananese style branches, in bloom, on which hummingbirds rest, with Lancome France on front of box, which drops down to reveal the Flacon. RG606: "L'Aimant" by Coty. This is a Coty bottle to treasure. I would give it a 9/10 both for the condition of the bottle & for the very colourful box. It is still sealed & has lost very little perfume through evaporation. This looks very much like the Lalique bottles that were made for Coty, especially the lovely etched stopper but it is not marked. It was made in France & contained 1 ounce of perfume. RG525: L'Aimant Sachet & Perfume by Coty. These two items look gorgeous together, the colours of the original box containing the perfume is outstanding. The perfume bottle stands just over 3 inches high with a very pretty stopper decorated in red & gold. There is no evaporation of the contents at all & as far as I can see the bottle has never been opened. The contents are given as .80 ounces. The beautiful box is in excellent condition. The cellotape covering the box has started to peel away here & there but this does not affect the look of the box at all. The outside of the box is decorated with a gold coloured magnet. L'Aimant is French for Magnet - or so I have been told. The pretty little Sachet bottle has been opened (the powder smells lovely) but it is still about 2/3 full. The label is perfect with a pink ribbon around the neck to match the very pretty stopper which is probably bakelite. This is one of the most attractive Coty bottles I have. Vintage perfume with black Velvet Bag and outer box: This is a wonderful perfume by the company Marquay Paris France for the fragrance "L'Elu" in it's black velvet bag with gold metal balls applied and a draw string with gold ball pulls. The bottle and box both have nice gold labels.The bottle is 1/3 full and sealed with gold string, with a glass stopper , both in excellent condition. in perfect condition, still with the gold cord around the neck with 7/8 of

ED235: "Lady in the Dark" by Dorothy Gray. This is the luxury edition perfume bottle by the company Dorothy Gray. It was created in 1941. The perfume was inspired by the movie "Lady in the Dark", in which the heroine, Ginger Rogers, wears numerous hats, which explains the exceptional shape of this large stopper which is gilded. The bottle, round inkwell shape, is molded all around with a motif of stylized petals. The gilded stopper represents an elegant draped turban.The gilding on this bottle is in excellent condition and there is one minor flake on the neck of the bottle, not noticeable at all. This classic vintage bottle is in "as new" condition & from my perfume directory it seems to date from the turn of the century - no not this one! The bottle stands 5 inches tall & 2 1/2 inches wide. The label is exceptionally clean & fresh showing a young lady on a donkey carrying an armful of Lavender. The glass is clear except for the lovely stopper which is frosted glass. KM98: Le Gui Mistletoe by Duvelle. Beautiful little enameled art deco bottle. Approximately 3" tall. Empty. I love the color of this one - a deep rich coral. Two gold metallic labels on front. Top label reads "Le Gul - Mistletoe - Duvelle - Portland, Ore.". The bottom label reads "Parfum". There is also a small paper label on bottom that reads "4 fluid drams". Original satin bow. HBL12: LE MUGUET DU BONHEUR by CARON. A superb estate vintage example of this beloved fragrance by Caron. The bottle is As New with no marks on it whatsoever. The green box with the flower top is in superb condition as it has lived in its outer, protective box which has only a few dust smudges on it as it, too, was protected by the Caron wrapping paper. The paper is not in good condition but I will include it for the sake of veracity if you would like it. The bottle is decorated with a fabric sprig of Muguet du Bois which is held to the bottle by a foil strap. Nowhere on the bottle or packaging does it say the quantity but it looks to me to be a very generous oz. The label just says Caron and the bottom of the bottle has Caron Made in France embossed on it. A very special, rare and hard to find presentation. GD95: Le Parfum Connu de Molyneux by Molyneux. This is an extraordinary find for any perfume bottle collector. The bottle is in the shape of a champagne bottle with appropriate labels for Mumm's Champagne. It measures 8" tall. It is for the EDT formulation of the perfume and is sealed shut but only has a third of the scent remains. It had to have evaporated. Having said that you can still smell the fragrance.

bottle but doesn't seem to have a good working relationship with the
camera! It stands appr. 3 /12 inches high with just a
little of the original perfume left. The stopper seens to be blue
enamel trimmed with gold & sets off the classic style of the
bottle beautifully. The label is in pristine condition. The other
part of this lovely presentation is the cover of the box, shows a scene
from an earlier era in which a couple are sitting under a tree but
one would gather that their minds have strayed a little from the scenery

RG202: "Leda" by Raffy. This vintage French bottle probably dates from 1925 but I can't find any info on this particular scent so I would think this is a fairly rare bottle. The shape is nearly identical to the blue bottle with the butterfly by Lucretia Vanderbilt but I think "Leda" probably predated the Vanderbilt bottle. The bottle is perfect with a long glass dauber attached to the intricitately designed stopper. Looks rather like an old fashioned hat pin. The colour is a glorious cobalt blue with a round silver label with a nice design & the name "Raffy" in the centre. There is minor fading to the label but otherwise in perfect condition. GD92: This is a really lovely Lucien Lelong perfume bottle. The logo is on the top of the stopper and it says FRANCE on the bottom of the base. This bottle was shown as part of Randy Monsen's collection of Lelong in his May 1998 catalog. According to the reference this was a bottle created to hold various different Lelong scents. The bottle measures 3 1/2" tall and the design is very Art Deco.

A large rectangular box, covered in red flocked paper, opens to reveal 5 oval "windows", with a cellophane cover, framing each bottle ,with perfume names gilded under each window. there are four replica bottles,and one larger bottle.
