Ltd. Ed. This Faberge Limited Edition is truly a work of
art. The deep cobalt bottle is made by the prestigious "Saint Louis
Glass Co. of France, world renowned for their fine glass works.
There is a deep gold "collar" around the neck of the bottle which
continues into the round gold stopper. The perfume bottle is beautifully
presented in a large velvet box lined with heavy white satin. There
is also an atomiser attachment that one can use is so desired. There is a
lovely silk covered bulb with a long tassel at the end. A gold
coin with the coat of arms of Faberge hangs from the neck of the
bottle. Contains 2 ounces of perfume & numbered 185. It
stands about 5 inches tall. Never opened & MIB. To

RG554: "Farouche" by Nina Ricci. This exquisite "lay down" bottle contains one third of an ounce of Eau de Parfum in the shape of three carved hearts with a gold stopper. I have seen this bottle before & it was always marked "Lalique" but there is no mark on this one. It is 3 inches long & in mint condition. It is filled with the original perfume & smells very nice indeed. I am somewhat puzzled after reading the information printed on the red box. "Parfum de Toilette "Farouche" & then goes on to say "This refillable "Sweet" Heart Purse Flacon contains one third ounce of Eau De Parfum, a rich fragrance form which is more concentrated & longer lasting that Eau de Toilette. It most nearly captures the essence & quality of the perfume itself. On the front of the box it is referred to as "Parfum de Toilette" Seems to be some confusion at the factory when these were being made!  Item SL406: “FETICHE” by L.T. Piver, Paris unique art deco designed perfume bottle, with excellent labels and pristine enamel. Gosh, this is a hard bottle to find. I really looked forever to find this little treasure in such excellent condition. The bottle is made of fine thin crystal. It has rounded shoulders. The border at the bottom of the bottle (both sides) has a raised checkered design with alternating clear and black enameled squares. Each square of black enamel is perfect. The bottle has the excellent colorful label on the front and another L.T. Piver label on the back. The base is polished. The cut glass faceted stopper is perfect. The size is 2 ¾ x 1 ¾”. A scarce bottle looking for a new home.

Item SL404: “Fleur d’Or” (Golden Flower) by Maison d’Or, New York. This perfumer is listed as having Germany and New York as perfume houses. The only fragrance launched was this single perfume--in 1905. This cobalt blue striped and clear art glass bottle would have been, therefore, certainly produced in Germany. It is remarkable that the label is a bright gold and is perfect. The gilded brass cap is without flaw, as is the glass. A perfect little piece, over 100 years old. Ht: 3”. Be certain to see another art glass scent bottle at auction, with orange, yellow/white stripes, produced in 1925 by Babbitt, Philadelphia.

Item SL415: “Fleur de Nuit” (Flower of the Night)by Babbitt in striped art glass bottle which would have been produced in Germany or Czechoslovakia in the early 20’s. This perfumer, according to my research, only produced 2 fragrances, this being launched in 1924. The company was located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The condition is excellent--the label is without damage, as is the glass and original brass top. Ht:3 ¾ ". An excellent find for the collector of these early art glass scent bottles or bottles by little known American perfumers.

Item HBL9: Fleurs de Rocaille by Caron: A hard to find 200 ml bottle (just under 8" high) designed by Baccarat for Caron's Fleurs de Rocaille and Bellodgia. This particular bottle is made by the prestigious French glassworks of Pochet et du Courval and has Caron Paris 200 ml HP embossed on the base. In excellent condition with no flea bites, scratches or marks that I can find. The glass is particularly sparkly and clear.

Item RG206: Flora Danica " pure perfume" in a very pretty soft covered box decorated with pink flowers rather than the more common blue used for the cologne. It contains 1/2 ounce of real perfume & is in excellent condition. The only defect is to the plastic stand where one side has broken off. The bottle you see in the picture is not the one I have for sale, that one is nearly empty & is in my own collection. The one I am describing is nearly full of perfume. I don't think this bottle was ever opened as it still has the gold cord around the stopper. A difficult bottle to find for the cologne & much more rare to find in the perfume size. Item RG205: Flora Danica "Cologne" This larger size Flora Danica holds 2 ounces of cologne. It has a pattern of blue flowers on the front & when looking through the back of the glass the pattern is done so one can see the floral bouquet very clearly. As you probably know the bottle is made on a tilt with the name "Flora Danica" in large letters on the back of the bottle. It has been opened but is in perfect condition. Item SL439: FRENCH, EARLY 20TH CENTURY COMMERCIAL PERFUME BOTTLE WITH MOLDED 3 DIMENSIONAL NUDE ON FRONT PANEL. I have had this bottle for years and have not been able to find a reference for it. It came in a collection of French commercial bottles from turn of the century. Given the style of the bottle, it resembles bottles designed in the major French glass houses at that time. There is no damage or restoration. The patina is still present, through worn in places. There is an indented frosted panel on the front of the bottle which reveals the 3 dimensional female nude figure. The stopper is of a mushroom shape with molded flowers. Ht: 3.8".

Item SL324: "Fruit Vert" by Florel, of Paris, C. 1930. A rare art deco designed large perfume flacon with 80% original wonderfully fragrant perfume contents present. The design is that of horizontal rows of panels with diamond shaped sides. The stopper is that of a double tiered stopper, with the same design. The silver foil labels (almost never present) are in excellent condition. The stopper is free (i.e., not stuck). The condition of the bottle and stopper is perfect. This is a large showy 5 ½" bottle. I am estimating that it still contains about 3 oz of perfume. When I ship this, I will empty the contents into a leak proof container to preserve the scent, without damaging the labels. If you love art deco and appreciate the fragrances of yesteryear, this will be a splendid addition for your collection.
