Item RG85: (unknown scent)
French Commercial Scent Bottle with Opaline stopper.
I believe this to a Commercial French bottle as I have seen one some time
ago which had the name of the perfume but I have looked in all my books
& can't seem to find it again. It had a label on the bottom of
the bottle but it has faded so much I can't read it at all. All I
can say for sure is that it is a very fine bottle, stands 6 1/2 inches
tall & in mint condition. The stopper, which is stunning, looks
like a very large Opal trimmed around the outside with a gold design. The
bottle is beautifully made with a design of six sides with gold

RG2803: " ?" by De Fragonard. Exceedingly rare & beautiful
perfume bottle shaped like a pear with clear circular crystal
stopper. This bottle is the Fragonard version of the famous
"Bellodgia" by Caron. The bottle is not just similar but identical
to the Caron bottle. It is numbered under the base of the flacon
(No. 56 ) as it was a limited edition. I have no idea why Fragonard
did this same bottle (probably under license of Caron) & the unusual
name of the perfume (? De Fragonard) is just another puzzle to me. (
Anyone out there with an answer?) The bottle is mint, still sealed &
with the label around the neck. Still full of perfume, very little
evaporation. It stands 5.25 ins. The box is also in excellent
condition, minor wear to the top of lid. A really gorgeous

Item HBL14: 4711 EAU DE COLOGNE by GLOCKENASSE. The original Eau de Cologne with the gold label headed "Original Eau de Cologne". This is brand new in its cellophane sleeve. It is in a very plain, sturdy box which has a plain label on it that says: 4711 EKW 800 ml AHOOO9O113. This is the largest bottle of this classic fragrance I have ever seen. It is approximately 9.5" high by 4.5" wide by 4" deep and is Brand New and Factory Sealed.

Item SL233: "6 1/2" by Kislav. A lovely Paris c. 1950 perfume flacon for Kislav's fragrance "6 1/2". The label shows milady's gloved hand--the perfect size, of course, being the name of the fragrance. The bottle is crystal and has a polished base. It is still sealed, with nearly full contents. It has a perfect label. The stopper is opaque black glass with perfect gold writing. | Item LG4: Adoree by Eroy. Circa 1930's. Also used by various other perfumers. Since there is no label, it could have been for any of them. Frosted glass deco nude figure. Face and hair are beautifully detailed but unable to get a full view. Only damage is to underside of left knee, miniscule and cannot be seen or felt from the top of the figure. 4" tall, 2 1/2 across the clear bottom. Displays spectacularly under a light as all detail may then be viewed.

| Item SL480: "AMUN" PARFUM MINT IN BOX. This is a highly collectible perfume -- a classic Egyptian design, mint in its presentation box. This scent was produced by F. Muhlens, 4711. The bottle is of fine crystal. The name of the fragrance is perfectly labeled in gold writing. There is still a gold foil ribbon completely wrapped around the sides, base and lid of the bottle. The Egyptian Pharaoh lid is of gilded metal. It has the same design on both sides. There is no sign of any wear or flaw to the bottle. Contents are ¼ oz. The bottle is 2 5/8 x 1 3/8 in. The presentation box has a base which is black. It has a tan suede type display area where the bottle is seated. The lid is covered with glossy black paper with gold scenes of Egyptian life of the Pharaoh. Very scarce and very pretty.

GA2: APPLE BLOSSOM by Cyrus L. Cotton of Earlville, NY, circa 1890's. This bottle is clear pressed glass with molded stopper. The original label is intact. The bottle stands just 3 3/4' tall.The postcard showing the CL Cotton factory dates to 1909 and is a card sent to a customer reminding them that the Cotton salesman will be visiting them shortly with their popular line of Perfume, Flavoring Extracts, Toilet Requisites, etc. the postcard is a Newvochrome and was printed in Germany. Postcard: In very good condition, with minor chipping to corners and showing usual age toning.Has green 1 cent Ben Franklin stamp.Bottle Condition: Very good, no chips or cracks, but the stopper has a fracture and a small chip along the dowel, not really a big deal when in place. Label shows some wear and around the corners and a tiny scuff or two. Antique/vintage Victorian 1890s perfume bottle for ROSE LEAVES by Solon Palmer. This bottle is clear pressed glass with with molded glass stopper. The sidesof the bottle have molded designs and the base has a starburst. The bottle stands just 4 1/4' tall. The label is intact, but does show wear, see picture below. Bottle Condition: Very good. Some tiny flea bites on the lip, the dauber on the end of the stopper is missing. Made in France. Item RG297: "Apres L'Ondee" by Guerlain. A rare vintage bottle & one that is most difficult to find in mint condition. This fragrance was first introduced in 1906 but I have no way of knowing when this particular bottle was issued. A beautiful bottle still sealed & with a red ribbon around the stopper & neck of bottle. The label is in excellent condition & the bottle is full. It stands a little over 4 inches high but it doesn't say what the contents are anywhere on the box or bottle. More than 2 ounces I would think. The bottom half of the box is perfect but the top of the box shows a stain & some minor damage as well. I would give the box a 6 out of 10.

Item CC4: April Showers by Cheramy. Circa 115%0's. A presentation for Christmas in a star shaped box measuring 10 inches between each of the star ' points '. The lid has Art Deco styled reindeer and Christmas trees decorating the surface but is somewhat shabby, stained and a label or gift tag has been torn off.
Inside the box is in very good condition. There is a vibrant face powder which still has its contents ( they tend to go everywhere if you attempt to open it! ) colour Brunette with an advertising message on the back. A parfum with a small amount of contents that smell rather nice topped with a Deco green cap. An eau de toilette, full and sealed with a metal stopper and tiny hang tag. Both fragrances have pretty labels.
Finally a SO SWEET ( my words! ) Scent -o - Mine perfume applicator in what I imagine to be bakelite. With a green tassel and a pin to attach it to the box the instructions on the circular card underneath tell you to ' Saturate sponge with perfume and apply direct to skin ' What remains inside the tiny container looks somewhat dubious, although it smells ok!

Item SL502: A rare vintage never used presentation for Lanvin’s "Arpege." The bottle, itself, with its glossy gold metal screw top is nearly impossible to find, especially with FULL contents. The atomizer portion, complete with an elegant net covered bulb and long tassel, would have been fitted with the atomizer. The rubber bulb has hardened over the years--the only issue with the perfect condition of the presentation. The box is black with gold writing and logo. The bottle contains 2 oz; it is 3 ½ in. high. It originally held 1/2 oz of the perfume extract but although the wire seal is firmly in place about 2/3 of the perfume has evaporated. Item RG631: "Beware" by L'Orle. This is a lovely presentation of a vintage perfume dating from the early 1950's. The bottle is just lovely, still securely sealed with a pretty opaque stopper. There is some loss through evaporation, it originally held 1 oz. of pure perfume. The gold label is like new. It stands nearly 3 - 1/2" high & is 2 - 1/2" wide. The box is round & is quilted with a cream coloured satin & inside it is lined with green satin. There is a small area where the perfume must have leaked a little on the top of the box but otherwise it is also in excellent condition.

It is blue satin cloth that is printed in gold with a sheaf of grass tied with a bow, blue grass and Elizabeth Arden on the front. It is still sealed in it's cellophane and is in it's gold and white box which says "Sachets Elizabeth Arden".
